My work is centered on a simple idea:

Well-being begins with restoration.

I help people become more aware of the conditions influencing their well-being and develop a deeper understanding of how their systems are responding to their lives.

My approach brings together bioenergetics, functional nutrition, autonomic nervous system awareness, EFT, and other complementary wellness practices to support greater resilience, vitality, and well-being over time.

I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, an NES Bioenergetics Practitioner, and a Functional Nutrition Counselor. My training includes Autonomic Response Testing through the Klinghardt Institute and EFT with Dawson Church, which I use regularly in my practice.

I am particularly interested in brain health and the conditions that support cognitive vitality, resilience, and mental clarity over time. This growing area of focus complements my broader interest in helping people understand and support the systems that influence how well they live.
